Lisa Norris, M.B.A. Managing Principal
Lisa Norris has over twenty years of experience in healthcare management and has over sixteen years of experience in the field of transplantation. She has served as a transplant administrator at a number of prestigious institutions: CHRISTUS Transplant Institute in San Antonio, Texas; UNC Center for Transplant Care at the University of North Carolina Health Care System, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina; University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore, Maryland; and the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver, Colorado. She has been a Region 8 administrator on the UNOS Transplant Administrator’s Committee and has held various board positions with other transplant-related organizations. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder and earned a MS degree from Northeastern University and a MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.

Frank Greaney, M.P.H., Principal
Frank Greaney has led searches in health care since 1995, when he joined a national health care recruiting firm.  He served as Executive Vice President of an international search firm and in 2001 narrowed the focus of his search practice to organ transplant and procurement.  As a liver transplant recipient (2010, Cleveland Clinic), Greaney brings an informed awareness and a special commitment to the field.  He also brings to the Institute his experience in a lifelong career in healthcare.  He has been CEO of a 321-bed hospital center, a C-level executive of two Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans and Market Vice President for Aetna, where he also participated in the revision of their Centers of Excellence in Transplant.  He also negotiated single case contracts for transplant on behalf of Aetna and he later served as Interim Transplant Administrator at Fletcher Allen Health Care Center in Vermont. Greaney is a graduate of Fairfield University and he earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Yale.

Alan Holcombe Senior Partner
Alan Holcombe is a senior partner leading the firm’s clinical practice area. Alan brings over 20 years or recruitment experience to the team. He retired from the United States Air Force in 2004 where he was the Regional Director of Air Force Recruiting for central Texas. Since his transition from the Air Force, he has worked exclusively in the healthcare industry as a successful business development and recruitment manager for both hospital and private practice organizations. Alan has three years of recent transplant recruitment experience and is dedicated to providing excellent service for both clients and candidates. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Warner Southern College as well as a degree in Human Resource Management.
